At the outer corner of your eye, draw the line outward and slightly upward. At the inner corner of your eye, draw a small curved line downward under your tear duct. If you make a mistake use a cotton swab in makeup remover or foundation primer. Apply mascara to the upper lashes only to keep the bottom from becoming too heavy.
