Makeup Tip: If you have oily skin, use a matte blush instead of a
shimmer blush. Matte blushes give the same flush of color to your
cheeks, but do not have the shine. The shimmer blushes will make your
face appear shinier. Try a vegan and cruelty free matte blush.
